Addison Lee
Owner
Dance has always been a central part of my life. I began dancing at age two and trained in diverse styles, including jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, modern, and hip-hop. For ten years, I was a competitive dancer, and during that time, dance became much more than just a hobby. It truly felt like my second home—a place where I met my closest friends and discovered my passion for movement.

Opening KOVA Elite Dance Co. is a dream I have held for as long as I can remember. I founded this studio to allow young dancers to fall in love with the art form, just as I did. My goal is to cultivate an environment where students feel supported, encouraged, and inspired, both as performers and as individuals. When dancers walk through our doors, I want them to feel welcome and know they truly belong here.

KOVA represents the core values that shape everything we do: Kindness, Opportunity, Voice, and Ambition. I believe kindness should guide how we treat others as well as ourselves. I want every dancer to have the chance to grow, challenge themselves, and discover their full potential as artists. I encourage students to use their voices and to understand that their thoughts and feelings matter. Ambition is what made this dream a reality, proving that with dedication and passion, anything is possible. At KOVA Elite Dance Co., my mission is to build a community that feels like family, where every dancer is inspired to be their very best.
Grace Wildrick
Brand Strategist
As a creative collaborator and marketing coordinator for KOVA Elite Dance Co., I have had the opportunity to help shape the studio’s identity from the very beginning. From developing the branding and logo system to designing merchandise, signage, digital content, and marketing materials, my goal has been to create a brand that reflects the heart behind KOVA and the community it represents. Every visual element is created with the intention to ensure the studio feels welcoming, inspiring, and recognizable to every dancer and family who walks through our doors.

I am currently completing my degree in Visual Communication Design with a minor in Digital Marketing and will graduate in May 2027. While I am not physically in the studio, I am passionate about supporting KOVA in every way I can. I am proud to help share KOVA’s mission of Kindness, Opportunity, Voice, and Ambition through thoughtful branding, creative direction, and
community engagement.
Terra Soriano
Director of Studio Operations
As the Director of Studio Operations at KOVA Elite Dance Co., I play an integral role in creating the welcoming and supportive environment that defines our studio community. As a proud dance parent with children who train at KOVA, I understand firsthand the trust families place in a studio and the importance of fostering a positive experience for every dancer who walks through our doors.

With previous experience in studio administration and front desk management, I oversee many of the day-to-day operations that help KOVA run smoothly. From supporting families and assisting students to coordinating studio communications and ensuring an exceptional experience for our community, I am dedicated to helping every dancer and family feel seen, valued, and supported.
